Refund Policy

S.H.Mumtazuddin Times Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible to replace the order in any case of size issue.

1.     If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 15 working days.
2.     We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.

4.     Manufacturing Defect and Damage with proof of damaged product pictures
5.     Under 3. And 4. we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product
6.     All refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product or if  a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
7.     Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.
8.     All Refund & Replacement will be processsed once after receiving the product delivered and also after the inspection done by our team .
